- Summer maintenance periods are arriving in the industry, we offer you solutions for securing your production sites by installing safety nets and confining certain areas.
- Which areas are concerned by the maintenance interventions on the surface or below? Which areas must be accessible during the summer and at the start of the school year?
- Several solutions can be provided by France Filets © on the same summer maintenance site according to your needs:
- Installation of single mesh 100x100mm nets to prevent men from falling
- Installation of nets lined with a rubble guard (millimetric mesh preventing the fall of small rubble or tools) particularly recommended if people are likely to enter the work area)
- Installation of netting lined with a polyane film to minimize the spread of dust in areas where painting work is being done or new machinery installed.
- Creation of a watertight zone in polyane or heat-shrinkable film with airtight airlocks to leave part of the factory in production.
- We take into account the planned maintenance actions of the company to define our solutions, our nacelle needs and ensure regulatory hooking of the nets using clamping vices (or crampons) / anchoring studs with lifting rings / screws with eye in wooden structures / etc…
- “Turnkey” solutions defined after a visit to your production site , teams arriving on D-Day, working independently and finally the supply of a receipt report.
