1. Installation of nets with double Polyane (instead of a simple one) by discussing with the principal to meet his specifications for the operation and his requirements.
Advantage of the double Polyane: the first soiled skin closest to the roof is removed by the asbestos remover and still remains a second protective skin in order to wait for the air analysis results.
Implementation of double Polyane:
The polyane used must be 200 µm thick to comply with regulations.
We ensure watertightness by using tape, clamping vices (or crampons), battens with light doweling, etc.
2. Laying a heat-shrinkable or heat-welded film as close as possible to the roof before laying the netting allows perfect sealing, a real alternative to polyane film(s) on active sites or on storage areas.
This solution is particularly recommended in a sensitive environment such as a factory with a production line or with personnel working under the work area. This solution also makes it possible not to immediately cover the asbestos-free roof, because the thermo resists bad weather (rain and small storms).
Laying of netting + heat-shrinkable , insulating material that shrinks under the action of heat, it does not allow air or liquids to pass for safe confinement. Traditionally used for boat winter protection, the heat-shrinkable net comes in the form of an opaque white or gray tarpaulin which makes it possible to perfectly seal asbestos removal sites for the containment stage.
